Example Fee Calculation

Based on a monthly rent of £1,500 pcm using the Gold service level:

  • Letting Fee: £830.77 inc. VAT (2 weeks’ rent)
  • Monthly Management Fee: £225.00 inc. VAT (12.5%)
  • The first month’s rent is used towards your fees, and only the difference is payable.
